Steve Fletcher (born July 26, 1972) is a professional footballer born in Hartlepool. He plays with south coast club AFC Bournemouth.
"Big Fletch" began his career at Hartlepool before leaving for Dean Court in 1992 for £30,000. He is now Bournemouth's longest serving player, recording more than 600 appearance caps and 100 goals. Despite his age, Fletcher is regarded as a strong target man and a fans' favourite.
