Steve Johnson (born July 4, 1983) is an Australian rules footballer, in the Australian Football League. He is a versatile player who can play all over the ground in positions in the back, midfield and forward line.

He was selected by Geelong with pick number 21 in the 2001 National Draft. He was an influential player in the 2005 season however he was dropped after several poor games in the 2006 season. An injury in round 11 forced him out for a month, and could be a welcome addition to the cats team in the lead up to the finals.
Johnson has twice been arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct; the most recent being December 24, 2006. [1]
