Oops, I'm sorry about this. I got permission from the Smithsonian to use this image and uploaded the file before I realized that this is now against Wikipedia policy. I have listed the image at Wikipedia:Copyright problems. Gyrofrog 15:22, 31 Jan 2005 (UTC)
- Now that I've seen Template:PermissionAndFairUse, I'm not sure this image will be a problem after all. I've asked the Smithsonian if they agree (waiting for reply). Would appreciate a 2nd opinion where Wikipedia is concerned. - Gyrofrog 19:06, 31 Jan 2005 (UTC)

Evidently this image does not qualify as fair use at all and in hindsight I'm not sure why I tagged it as such. I am wondering whether it falls in the public domain, it being a work of the Smithsonian Institution.
