Grindcore

Grindcore is a type of Heavy metal music. It was made in the 1990's. Grindcore is a lot like black metal and death metal, but the guitar parts are very simple and are played over and over again in a song. Grindcore bands will sometimes play music without having a bass guitar player. This is unusual because almost all other types of rock music use a bass guitar. In most cases, Grindcore songs will be very short in length. They are usually about 30 or 90 seconds long. Their lyrics are similar to Death metal, which is singing about pain, suffering, blood and gore.
