- George Costanza (Jason Alexander) - A real estate agent, Jerry's best friend. He can never seem to talk to Elaine.
- Elaine Bennes (Julia Louis-Dryfuss) - Jerry's ex, the only girl main character. Her hair changes throughout the show.
- Cosmo Kramer (Michael Richards) - His hair is very weird, and he always walks into Jerry's apartment. He never knocks doors, and is always coming up with new ideas.
