Syster till Richmond Arquette, Alexis Arquette, David Arquette och Rosanna Arquette och dotter till Lewis Arquette.
Förlovade sig med skådespelaren Thomas Jane i augusti 2002 och de gifte sig 24 juni 2006. Med honom har hon dottern Harlow, född 20 februari 2003. Hon har tidigare varit gift med Nicolas Cage (8 april 1995 - 18 maj 2001). Hennes son Enzo föddes 1989.
