Taleemul Islam College of Rabwah

Taleemul Islam College of Rabwah is a college in the town of Qadian in Punjab, India. It was founded in 1994 by Hazrat Khalifatul Maseh II. It has a tradition of producing renowned scholars and scientists.

Hazrat Masih-e-Maood laid the foundation for the college by starting Talim-ul-Islam Middle School in 1897, which was upgraded to the high school level in 1900. The college was opened in 1903, but had to be closed down because it did not meet the requirements of the Punjab University.
In 1944, the second Imam of the Ahmadiyya movement, laid the foundation of what was soon to become one of the most prestigious colleges of the University of the Punjab. Sahibzada Mirza Nasir Ahmad (M.A., Oxon), was appointed its principal, and the college was housed in the spacious building of the Talim-ul-Islam High School, for which a new building was erected. Ahmad steered the college through its most critical phases in 1947, when the college became homeless as a result of the partition of the sub-continent. After operating in an abandoned horse stable for several months, the college shifted to the abandoned building of the D.A.V. College in Lahore. This building was used as a refugee camp for some time, and became badly damaged. It was adequately repaired to suit the needs of the college. In 1955, the college moved to its current campus at Rabwah.

Taleem-ul-islam college is located in chanaabnagar (rabwah), very near the fazl-e-omar hospital, the priciple of TI college is Professor HAJI MAQBOOL AHMED KHAN. he is graduated in masterz of science. He has the experience of 25 years servicing at the TI college CHANAABNAGAR. He has spent many years teaching at the TI College and soon became the professor of the college and has achieved his target to be a Principle at the TI college IN 1997(10 YEARS). He is enjoying himself servicing at the TI college chanaabnagar.
