After convincing Robin to live, the Straw Hats are ready to come face to face with CP9. Franky reveals to CP9 that he actually had the Pluton blueprints inside him and verifies their validity before burning them in front of Spandam. In blind fury, Spandam pushes Franky off the balcony, into the waterfall. However, unexpected help appears from Kokoro and Rocketman, and Franky and the Straw Hats enter the Tower of Justice.
