The Dark Side of Youth

The Dark Side of Youth, directed by Andrew Velez, is a film based on the Columbine High School Shootings.
[edit] Plot
The movie begins with the meeting of two dangerous minds (played by Hector Cordova and Eleanor Spencer), James Thackeray and Ann Margaret Leigh. Jimmy, who at first despises her, convinces Maggie to join his secret group, Ordo Cruentus (Order of the Murderous), and the two set out to murder their "friends'" many tormentors in the form of their Judgement Day. Their plans are dashed when the two are arrested and tried for their crimes but are acquitted and sent back to the school, where they are met with stares of hatred by the student body. A few days after their return they successfully execute a mass execution and plead innocence. They once again get away while their comrades are either arrested or carried out in body bags (in fact, only three survive the attacks, Amelia Bennett, Lana Leigh and Henry Thackeray. The latter two are sent away as innocents, while Amelia is arrested). Just one week after the attacks, Jimmy shoots and kills Maggie and is arrested then executed.
