The Ivy

The Ivy is a famous restaurant on West Street near Covent Garden in London, England. It opened in 1917 and is popular with celebrities and theatre goers.
It has a sister restaurant, Le Caprice, which is located behind the Ritz in the St James' area of London. Like The Ivy, it is a place to be seen. Caprice Holdings, whose proprietor is Richard Caring, also owns and runs J. Sheekey's, a fish restaurant in the traditional grand style, located near Leicester Square.
