The Other Dick is the ninth episode of the SciFi Channel science-fiction series the Dresden Files.

In order to qualify for continued employment by the police, Harry is required to take a course in criminology from aging private investigator Jim Brennan. But when Brennan is murdered by supernatural means, Dresden teams up with his assistant Liz Fontaine (Claudia Black) to run down Brennan's last case. Following Brennan's notes, they track a suspicious wife to the Overland Fertility Clinic, where they find an acupuncturist with a dangerous penchant for the occult. And when a doctor turns up dead as well, Harry and Liz race to find the woman's husband, who may not be who — or what — he claims.

- Brennan's Sacred Rule is: "keep your mouth shut."
- Brennan's mispronunciation of Harry's name as "Harvey" may be an offhand reference to the title character of the 1950 Henry Koster film.
- Liz compares Harry to stunt-illusionist David Blaine.
- Murphy refers to Liz as Nancy Drew, but is undecided as to which of the Hardy brothers Harry might be.
