Tomasz Cywka (pronounced TOM-ash TSIF-ka) (born June 27, 1988 in Gliwice, Poland) is a Polish footballer who plays for Wigan Athletic.
Following a successful week-long trial at Wigan Athletic Cywka signed a three-year contract transferring him from Gwarek Zabrze to the Premier League side.
Despite his young age, Cywka has already played 80 times for his country at both U18 and U19 level, and has also featured at U21 level, the youngest player to do so in Poland's history. Cywka was part of the winning U-19 Gwarek Zabrze team which captured the 2006 Polish U-19 Championship.
He made his Latics debut on August 2, 2006 in a friendly match against Southport [1], but he has been unable to break into the first team on a regular basis.
