Tsurumi Station (鶴見駅 -eki) is a train station of the East Japan Railway Company located in Tsurumi Ward, Yokohama, Japan.

The Keihin-Tohoku Line line consists of an island plaform and the Tsurumi Line consists of two side platforms.

- October 15, 1872 : Opened as a station of Tokaido Line.
- April 1, 1898 : Started freight services.
- December 23, 1934 : Tsurumi Rinko Railway(present Tsurumi Line) opened at the present position.
- July 1, 1943 : Tsurumi Rinko Railway was nationalized and became Tsurumi Line.
- November 9, 1963 : Tsurumi Accident (one of the 5 big JNR accident past the war) occured.
- October 1, 1974 : Discontinued freight services.
- October 1, 1979 : Route from this station to Totsuka Station via Yokohama-Hazawa Station opened.
- April 1, 1987 : JNR divided and became private, and this station became a station of East Japan Railway Company
