I've listed your recent contribution Image:FF1 Cover.png on Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion: it's a duplication of Image:FF1 USA boxart.jpg, which is a higher quality image, anyhow. By and large, PNG images, while ideal for screenshots and the like, are ill-suited for photographic scans like this, as they are generally much, much larger. –Seancdaug 23:04, Feb 28, 2005 (UTC)

Hello. You used far too many capital letters; don't capitalize initial letters in section headings after the first letter in the heading unless there's a reason for it. See Wikipedia:Manual of Style. Also, in using non-TeX mathematical notation, observed the difference between these things:

$x^2+y^2\,$

x²+y²

x² + y²

The first is TeX; the second and third are not. In the third, I've italicized the variables x and y to match TeX style and added some spacing for the sake of legibility (no need for any of this in TeX; TeX is sophisticated and does those things automatically). Also, notice the difference between these:

$x_{indiff}+y\,$

$x_\mathrm{indiff}+y\,$

Since "indiff" is not a variable, I've de-italicized it in the latter for by using \mathrm.

It is also sometimes useful to no about the difference between these:

-x^-5

−x⁻⁵

The first uses a stubby little hyphen instead of a proper minus sign; it can be hard to read, especially in a superscript or subscript (again, no need to worry about that in TeX, which reads a hyphen as a minus sign and sets it appropriately as a long dash). Michael Hardy 21:30, 17 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Thanks for uploading Image:Yao Ming - 2004 flag carrier.png. I notice the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you have not created this file yourself, then there needs to be a justification explaining why we have the right to use it on Wikipedia (see copyright tagging below). If you did not create the file yourself, then you need to specify where it was found, i.e., in most cases link to the website where it was taken from, and the terms of use for content from that page.

If the file also doesn't have a copyright tag, then one should be added. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{fairusein|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair_use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.
