[แก้] Age of consent in Thailand?
Please excuse my writing in English here. A question has arisen regarding the Thai age of consent, over at en:Talk:Ages of consent in Asia. Most websites list an age of consent of 15 (or 18 if prostitution is involved), but recently the lead singer of the Thai music group Big Ass was charged with statutory rape for allegedly having sex with a girl who was 16 at the time. It has been suggested that the criminal code #283 might be involved, but I don't have the text of that article. Can anybody offer any insights in this matter? ผมพบว่าบทความ กฎหมาย มีความไม่ชัดเจน และรวมเอานิติปรัชญากับประวัติศาสตร์กฎหมายเข้ามาด้วย โดยไม่ได้จำแนกกฎหมายอย่างแน่ชัด หลังจากนี้จะขอแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมหน้านี้ทั้งหมดครับ

[แก้] นิติปรัชญา
จะแยกเอาสำนักกฎหมายไปใส่หัวข้อนิติปรัชญา ส่วนของกฎหมายนี้ ขอให้เป็นคำอธิบายกฎหมายแท้ๆ Sharky 07:55, 16 มีนาคม 2007 (UTC)
