Ukrainian Second League

The Druha Liha is a football league in Ukraine. The league is lower than the Persha Liha, also known as the Ukrainian First League. Druha Liha is third level of the football league in Ukraine. Between seasons '93 and '95, there existed a forth level of the football league in Ukraine, but in 1996 season it was incorporated into the Second League. There were three winners: CSKA Kyiv ('95), FC Sirius Zhovti Vodi ('94), and FC Naftohimik Kreminchuk ('93). The Second League since 1996 is divided in few groups by regions. Only in the very first championship the teams in this league was divided randomly into two groups. From 1993 season to 1995 the league was whole and had no groups.
