FC Metalurh Donetsk (Ukrainian: ФК «Металург» Донецьк) is a Ukrainian football club from the city of Donetsk. It is currently playing in the Vyscha Liha(also known as the Ukrainian Premier League).

Metalurh takes its roots from the team of FC Antratsyt Kirovske. After the disapoiting first season in the independent Ukraine, in 1993 season Antratsyt places third in the Third League and gets promoted to Druha Liha. Once in Druha Liha the team moved to Shahtarsk and changed its name to FC Medita Shahtarsk. After couple of years it served as the base to form so well known FC Metalurh Donetsk, which after placing second gained the promotion to Persha Liha. In 1997 Metalurh won Persha Liha.

Georgian striker Georgi Demetradze played for Metalurh Donetsk and was the top scorer in the 2003-2004 season with 18 goals. He moved to Alania Vladikavkaz at the start of the 2005-2006 season.
