[edit] Stairway
Welcome to Wikipedia, and thanks for the contributions! We're always happy to have new Wikipedians with a serious interest in improving articles! As you can see, we're also very keen on maintaining a neutral point of view (or NPOV) in all articles. Unfortunately, some of your edits have not conformed to Wikipedia's NPOV policy, and have been reverted. There's a great article about the NPOV policy that has tips on how to effectively write about disparate points of view without compromising the NPOV status of the article as a whole. We thank you for your interest in helping Wikipedia to be well-rounded in its presentation of controversial subjects, and look forward to being able to fully incorporate your contributions!--Terraguy 03:29, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
Hi. I'd just like to comment on your current frustrations with the article Stairway to Heaven. If you go to Talk:Stairway to Heaven, you can see that there has already been some sort of disagreement over the "Satanic Phrase". Please talk with others to decide on how to absolve the current problem. In addition, before your last revision, there were two references to the "backwards version", and in order to maintain a NPOV, the main header under "The Satanic Phrase" was removed, leaving the reference under trivia instead. However, if you'd really like to get involved in the article, please use the Talk/Discussion page. Thanks for being a contributive member of Wikipedia, and we hope that you continue improving these articles! --Terraguy 03:50, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
- Hi Eric -- Welcome to Wikipedia. Let me add my agreement here - don't get too frustrated over the "Satanic Message" thing: you can discuss your reasoning or lobby for your version on the article's Talk page (click on the "discussion" tab from the article page). There are a couple of problems with your version that we can work out if you want. Jgm 04:18, 15 November 2005 (UTC)
