My name is Víctor Torres Laca, I was born in Lima, Peru on March 12, 1980. I'm a historian graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú in 2002. Ideologically, I consider myself an agnostic and a libertarian. My work in Wikipedia is mainly on articles related to the Military of Peru. I'm also a member of the Wikipedia:WikiProject Peru and try to contribute on the monthly Peru Collaboration Effort.
