Talk:Villanova Preparatory School

Dysepsion - please don't just revert edits without checking and taking some care. It is pretty close to vandalism. Personally, I'm not all that interested in the scandal at the school, but if you have your reasons and you want it there, you can fight it out editorially with others. Just don't remove verifiable and useful information without checking.

- I apologize that I accidently deleted verifiable info. However, given my past edits on Wikipedia I strongly resent any implication of vandalism considering that I've worked hard to curb it on many articles. I don't care either way whether the mention of this scandal remains on the article. Objectively, I always find it highly suspicious when news, whether they are "good" or "bad", are deleted by anon users such as 68.69.253.200 who seem to be bent on excluding this verifiable info. I should've checked what I reinstated and what I deleted but edit summaries should always be used so as to not confuse future editors of this article no matter how big or small the change may be. --† Ðy§ep§ion † Speak your mind 04:53, 22 June 2006 (UTC)
- Apology accepted. I withdraw the vandalism imputation. I agree with your point about the anonymity thing- and these school articles are actually a bit boring without the odd sex-scandal included.

If you're looking for scandals and fun catholic-related stuff, this is definitely the school to look into. If anybody wants to do research, look up Father Gary Sanders, O.S.A. to add to the controversies section (I suppose it didn't take place at the school, but the school was the location where he was transferred following a $250,000 orphan-money gambling spree at his previous parish).
