WBW is a cable television station in Wilmington, North Carolina, seen locally on Time Warner cable channel 29, and Charter Cable channel 17, as an affiliate of The CW. As part of The CW Plus, the station does not broadcast over-the-air, and its call sign is entirely fictional. The station is owned by Morris Multimedia, who also owns local ABC affiliate WWAY-TV.
WBW, like many WB 100+ stations, became part of The CW Television Network in September 2006. It is unknown whether or not WWAY-TV will carry WBW on its digital subchannel.
