Wiehle Avenue is a planned Washington Metro station in Fairfax County, Virginia on the Silver Line. It is scheduled to begin operation in 2012, and will be the western terminus of the Silver Line from 2012 until around 2015, when Route 772 will become the western terminus.
According to the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project, the station will sit in the median of the Dulles Toll Road, similar to how the Orange Line is located in the median of Interstate 66 from Vienna/Fairfax-GMU (the current terminus of the Orange Line) to East Falls Church, after which the tracks descend below ground. The station will have approximately 2,300 parking spaces to the north of the road.
