"Winning Women" is the second single from Nicole Scherzinger's 2007 album Her Name is Nicole. It features R&B singer Rihanna. It was recorded in early 2007 with a release date for May 2007 in the United States. In a MySpace video Scherzinger said that Rihanna was the first female she collaborated with on her album.
