Wintersburg is a small unincorporated community in Maricopa County, Arizona, located about 50 miles west of Phoenix, and 15 miles west of Buckeye along Interstate 10. Wintersburg is included in the 85354 zipcode, which had a population of 2,966 as of the 2000 census.
Wintersburg is home to the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Station, the largest nuclear power plant in the United States.
