WTMS-CA (channel 7) is slated to be a Telefutura affiliate in Minneapolis, Minnesota owned by Equity Broadcasting of Little Rock, Arkansas and is the one of two Spanish-language television stations in Minnesota alongside sister station, Univision affiliate WUMN-CA. The station is run via satellite from Little Rock. Currently, it runs the Daystar Network even though the Equity Website lists it as a Telefutura channel.

WTMS-CA is a former ShopNBC affiliate.

On February 18, 2009, which is the end of the digital TV conversion period for full-service stations, WTMS-CA will be required to turn off its analog signal and turn on its digital signal (called a "flash-cut").
