Hi Pablo,
Re character U02028E: http://www.unicode.org/cgi-bin/refglyph?24-2028E is the official Unicode Standard version.
You can see it with only one font that I know of, SimSun(Founder Extended) which covers most of CJK A + B ranges.
The reason such a common character is included so far out is because it is dialectal: it is extremely extremely infrequent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and all other varities except Hakka where it is very very common because it represents the first person pronoun "ngài".
As you probably know, such dialectal characters that aren't common in Mandarin or Cantonese either appear very late in the Unicode standard, or not at all (though the ones which are missing almost all are included in extension C and D).
Unfortunately, given the thousands of Chinese characters included in the standard, such characters as this are very difficult to input using the traditional Radical+Residual stroke count method as there are usually over 100 other characters that share the same Radical+Residual stroke count. I think Unihan should also include a "Multiradical search method" similar to that employed at Jim Breen's wwwjdic - all the different radicals which appear in a character can be selected, and the resulting characters are displayed, which is usually a much narrower subset than the Radical+Stroke method. However this would require a massive data-entry effort as each character individually would have to have its components entered into a database. The data from Jim Breen's database could of course be donated, but that would still leave thousands of characters. And the thousands left over would be the ones which are currently most difficult to find because they cannot be typeed with IME...
I personally spent over an hour searching for the character in question - at first I got the residual stroke count wrong by one (it is 8, but I counted 7), and when I /did/ get it right I still had to sort through a list of over 100 characters, and the proper character is often easily missed so I had to go back through a few times to find the proper character.
On a somewhat related note, it is my understanding that you have developer access. Could you do some small work for me?
The logos at wo:, li:, an:, af:, ks:, ne:, rm:, fur:, iu:, co:, and hy:, all located at http://xx.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Wiki.png , need to be enabled. In addition, the logo at gd: seems to have disappeared with the upgrade to 1.4... this has been waiting a really long time now, and the people at the Afrikaans Wikipedia have gone for a really long time with a localised interface but English logo...

- Halló Pablo! Today I spend many hours in order to link all "embassies" to en:Wikipedia:Embassy. Normaly one page from one Wikipedia should link to one page from another. There have been many situations where one page linked both to en:Wikipedia:Embassy and en:Wikipedia:Village pump. This makes it impossible for bots to add aditional pages. Before en:Wikipedia:Embassy was linked to wa:Wikipedia:Cåbaret. I removed the links (also others) because I have the impression that visitors from other Wikipedias would not have much benefit of it. Please compare it with some of the other embassies. I think you should write some lines in other languages too that people can identify it as an embassy. Please link also the apropriate page to en:Wikipedia:Village pump if the page exists or create a new one and update meta:Wikimedia Embassy. Thanks in advance!
- Some months ago I started to get informations about where to insert and how to sort interlanguage links at various Wikipedias. I thing that information should be available in a central place, as at the "embassies" linked to en:Wikipedia:Embassy.

- Thanks Pablo for the explanation. I agree that one talk page would be enough. The only important thing maight be that international users can identify the page as such. Some Wikipedias have are using a picture and the page name is related to a "meeting place" ("Bar", "Cafée", "Taverna", "Brunnen", "Пијаца, "Форум", "Krčma", etc.). Thank you for your help! I had problem with this fort, because it is the only one, I couldn't find (you can see effects of my work on the page http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twierdza_Liège, I hope there are no mistakes). Another one that seems to have some building on, is Fort de Liers, if, of course, what ive found is the fort. Now, when you gave me the fact, that the fort was destroyed, I thought that it maybe was in the area inside the streets of Louis Monseur and des Remparts (there is also "Glacis" street, and this word is also connected to the fortifications)? The size and shape seem to match. If you know the way of checking it or you could give me the contact to someone who may know, I will be very grateful. Regards, Klemens
