弗兰克·劳埃德·莱特 （Frank Lloyd Wright，1867年6月8日 – 1959年4月9日）是20世纪上半叶最有影响的建筑师之一。在他超过70年的建筑师生涯（从1887年到1959年）中，不仅设计了一系列具有个人风格的高质量作品，还影响了整个美国建筑的进程。直到今天，他可能还是美国最著名的建筑师。

1867年6月8日，弗兰克·劳埃德·莱特出生在美国威斯康星州的乡村小镇理查德中心（Richland Center），那时美国内战刚刚结束两年。在他童年时期，将大量时间用来玩他母亲给他的、幼儿园教育由著名教育家福禄贝尔（Friedrich Wilhelm August Fröbel）设计的系列玩具——恩物。
1887年，莱特尚未取得学位就离开了大学
