這個圖片是中華民國陝甘寧邊區政府主席毛澤東在1938年給中華民國國民政府主席蔣中正的一封信的首尾兩頁的照片。根據中華民國著作權法（2004年）第九條，「公務員於職務上草拟之文告、講稿、新聞稿及其他文書」屬於公有領域，故此照片的發佈與傳播無版權問題。 This picture is a photo of a letter written by the president of a local gouvernment to the president of the Republic of China in 1938. According to Copyright Law of the Republic of China(The Republic of China still exists and proclaims the sovereignty over all territories of China), this kind of letter is in the public domain.
