Ruhmeshalle

Als Ruhmeshalle bezeichnet man einen (gelegentlich nur virtuell im Internet angesiedelten) Denkmal-Raum, in dem die bedeutendsten Vertreter des jeweiligen Bereiches geehrt werden. Da das Phänomen besonders im angloamerikanischen Sprachraum populär wurde, sind die meisten entsprechend in englischer Sprache. Selbst im deutschen Sprachraum wird überwiegend der englische Begriff Hall of Fame verwendet.
