[edit] Adding Resident Evil Orchestra to {{RE_series}}
How do I add Resident Evil Orchestra to the Soundtracks section of what is shown below ...
- Hi! When you see things between {{, more often than not they are templates. For example, the location of this template is Template:RE_series. When you type that into the Search box or click on the link I just made, you will be able to edit the template just like you would any other Wikipedia page. Just be sure to hit "Preview" before you save, as the formatting of templates is often slightly more complicated than articles. I hope this helps, and let me know if you have any further questions. - If you need, you can see Help:Template and Help:Table for reference. Happy editing! :) Luna Santin 22:27, 26 July 2006 (UTC)
- Sure, no problem. :o) {{helpme}} is a great tool if you want to find something relatively quickly. However, always feel free to send me a message should you ever need anything, including just a random conversation. :o) EWS23 (Leave me a message!) 22:49, 26 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Composers
Hi Mike. Links sections are called "External links", and each line begins with an asterisk *. You can also use {{imdb}} template. I have fixed one of your articles, look at this Etsuko Yoneda. Cheers --Emijrp 09:33, 27 July 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Wikipedians in Staten Island?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Wikipedians_in_New_York_City
The above links to the Wikipedians in New York City category. Note that Wikipedians in Staten Island is empty, and adding the category {{Category:Wikipedians in Staten Island}} appears to produce an error message. Any advice as to how to fall under the subcategory listed in the above link?
- Well at least one problem is that Category:Wikipedians in New York City has the template {{User New York City}} on it, which it turns places the category in the category - breaking it. Remove that template from the category page.
- I am not sure what {{Category:Wikipedians in Staten Island}} is meant to do or mean, it appears incorrect and will not work in Wikipedia. Doesn't just placing [[Category:Wikipedians in Staten Island]] on a page add it to the category?
- {helpme} is for building the encyclopedia.--Commander Keane 18:43, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
