True & Livin is the third album from Oakland Hip Hop duo Zion I, their first on self-owned LiveUp Records. Zion and Amp Live expand their creative and experimental sounds on the album, featuring a wide range of musical styles, laced with intelligent, socially conscious lyrics. Album guests include Talib Kweli, Aesop Rock, Del Tha Funkee Homosapien and Gift of Gab.
