This image depicts the the Coat of Arms of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It is based on Image:Armoiries de la République démocratique du Congo - 2003.svg, which in turn is based on an image from http://www.presidentrdc.cd. This image has been resized, and the background has been made transparent (may also show as white) – as the image it is based on rendered a gray background.
