아실-클로드 드뷔시(프랑스어: Achille-Claude Debussy, 1862년 ~ 1918년)는 프랑스의 작곡가이다. 드뷔시는 1862년 8월 22일 프랑스 생 제르망 앵 레이에서 도자기 가게를 운영하는 부모에게서 태어났다. 그는 9살 때 음악수업을 받기 시작했으나, 곧 그의 재능은 두각을 나타내기 시작해서, 10살에 파리 음악원에 들어갔다. 드뷔시는 1872년부터 1884년까지 세자르 프랑크, 에르네스트 기로(프랑스어: Ernest Guiraud)과 함께 공부하였다.
그의 대표작품으로는 목신의 오후에의 전주곡, 바다, 피아노 전주곡, 영상 1, 2집, 아이들의 풍경, 오페라 펠레아스와 멜리장드 등이 있다.
