Tense
From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Tense is a part of the basic Language structure, and has three main forms.
Past Tense (Things that have happened before the words are spoken or written) Present Tense (Things that are happening at the time the words are spoken or written) Future Tense (Things that will or might happen after the words are spoken or written)
Some Languages have more than one of each tense. English for example, has at least 2 Past Tenses, 3 Present Tenses, and 2 Future Tenses. This is because the language allows for different ways of expressing the tenses.
