神經學是一個醫學部門專門應付神經系統和神經失調。專門研究神經學的專家稱為神經學家。神經系統的外科手術是由受過專門神經外科手術訓練的醫師甚至神經放射學家。
神經失調是失調影響中央神經系統,周邊神經系統,或位於中央和周邊神經系統的自主神經系統.常見情況包括:
- 頭疼失調,譬如偏頭痛和緊張頭疼(群族頭疼)
