顶棘龙（學名Altispinax）是棘龍科下的一屬，生活於下白堊紀的歐洲。牠的學名的意思是「在頂部的棘」。
牠的模式種學名為「A dunkeri」，並只是從其牙齒而被描述。其他曾被描述的種都已經分類在其他的屬中，當中包括了重爪龍。原先與牙齒相關的脊骨亦被發現是屬於肉食龍下目的比克爾斯棘龍。因此，頂棘龍一般都被認為是可疑名稱。
