California Air National Guard

The California Air National Guard is the air component of the California National Guard. The California Air National Guard is headquartered at Sacramento, California, and its commanding officer is currently Major General Dennis G. Lucas.

The California Air National Guard is made up of the 129th Rescue Wing at Moffett Field, the 144th Fighter Wing at Fresno Airport, the 146th Airlift Wing at Channel Islands Air National Guard Station, the 163d Reconnaissance Wing at March Air Force Base, and the 162nd Combat Communications Group located at North Highlands Air National Guard Station.
