Casamarciano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Naples in the Italian region Campania, located about 30 km northeast of Naples. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,325 and an area of 6.3 km2.[1]
Casamarciano borders the following municipalities: Avella, Cimitile, Comiziano, Nola, Tufino, Visciano.
