Cris Ericson

Cris Ericson was an independent candidate for United States Senator for the state of Vermont in the November 7, 2006 General Election. She also appeared on the same ballot as an independent candidate for Governor of Vermont. She placed third in each race, winning 0.6% of the statewide vote for Senator and 0.9% of the vote for Governor. [1]
In the September 12, 2006 primary election, Ericson had received 5% of the Republican Party vote for United States Senate. [2]
In the 2004 election Ericson was the political candidate for the U.S. Marijuana Party, a cannabis political party, for United States Senator for Vermont and for Governor of Vermont. In that election as well, she placed third out of six candidates for each office. [3]
Ericson has stated that she intends to run for Governor of Vermont in 2008.
