Danish Superliga 2006-07

The 2006-07 Danish Superliga season is the 17th season of the Danish Superliga league championship, governed by the Danish Football Association. It takes place from the first match on July 19, 2006 to the final match on May 28, 2007. The ending date will postponed to mid-June if the Danish under-21 national team doesn't qualify for the UEFA U-21 Championship 2007.[1]
The Danish champions qualify for UEFA Champions League 2007-08 qualification and the Royal League 2007-08. The runners-up qualify for UEFA Cup 2007-08 qualification and Royal League. No. 3 will qualify for the UEFA Intertoto Cup 2007 and Royal League, while the 4th placed team just qualify for Royal League. The 11th and 12th placed teams were relegated to the 1st Division. The 1st Division champions and runners-up were promoted to the Superliga.
