John Kenney made an edit with the following summary: reverting - the word "British" in relation to "house of commons" has no need to be shown in the article.

I included the word "British" in the link since "House of Commons" links to a generic House of Commons page, while British House of Commons links to the specific House in which Edward Grey served.
