Axis Airways is an airline based in Marseille, France. It operates domestic and international leisure flights and cargo services. Its main bases are Provence Airport (MRS), Marseille; Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Paris and Saint Exupéry (LYS), Lyon.

The airline was established and started operations in November 1999. In 2006, Prado Finance acquired a 65% Equity Stake of the company, the remaining part staying with managers and founding partners. Pierre-Olivier Di Fusco has been appointed Managing Director and Chairman of the Board.[citation needed]
Axis Airways Group has successfully completed an IPO on the French OTC Market by the end of July 2006 (Marché Libre Euronext Paris - FR0010359513 - MLAXI)
