Jane Street or York Regional Road 55 is a north-south thoroughfare in western York Region, Ontario, that begins in Toronto, Ontario and continues north to Edward Avenue beside the Holland River in King Township. North of York Regional Road 31 (Davis Drive, formerly Highway 9), it is just known as Jane Street.

In 2006, a large sinkhole closed the intersection of Jane Street and Highway 7 in Vaughan for almost four months. Business was affected greatly.
