FC Vorskla Poltava is a professional football team which plays in the Ukrainian Premier League and represents the city of Poltava.

The club, Vorskla, was first formed in 1955, but under different name, Kolkhoznyk. In 1984, the team's name was renamed to Vorskla after the river Vorskla, which flows through Poltava. The team debuted in the Ukrainian Premier League in the 1996-1997 season, taking that season the 3rd place, the highest achievement in team's history. Vorskla have remained in the Premier League since, and participated twice in UEFA Cup.
