Grassendale is a district of Liverpool, Merseyside. It is located in the south of the city, bordered by Aigburth, Allerton and Garston.

Grassendale is a prestigious, almost entirely residential suburb, which consists of large, expensive and detached villas. The area is particularly green, and the houses are set well back from the road. This district retains classic-style streetlamps which give the area a traditional feel.
Grassendale Park and Cressington Park are designated as conservation areas. The ward which contains both parks and the housing is called Cressington.
Grassendale has the postcode L19.

- Cressington railway station is located in the centre of the district, providing Northern Line (Merseyrail) services to Southport, Liverpool and Hunts Cross.
