Gunnar Knudsen

Gunnar Knudsen (born Aanon Gunerius Knudsen on 19 September 1848, Arendal - 1 December 1928, Skien) was a Norwegian politician from the Liberal Party. He was Prime Minister of Norway from 1908 to 1910 and from 1913 to 1920, for a total of 9 years, 3 months and 4 days.
