Honey for Tea was a short-lived British sitcom starring Felicity Kendal that aired for one series in 1994. It was written by Michael Aitkens, who had also written episodes of Waiting for God. Kendal had previously starred in The Good Life, Solo and The Mistress. It is not currently available on DVD.

[edit] Plot
On the death of her husband Harry, a Los Angeles businessman, American Nancy Belasco and her son Jake are insolvent. Much of his money is invested in St Maud's College at Cambridge University, a university he loved. So Nancy, who was born in Cambridge as the child of a GI bride, and Jake decide to go and live in Cambridge. She soon gets a job as an assistant bursar, while Jake enroles at the college and gets involved with the Hon. Lucy Courtney. The Master of the College is Sir Dickie Hobhouse.
