רוז ויליאמס (רוג'ר אלן פיינטר) נולד ב06/11/1963 בקליפורניה.
ויליאמס היה אמן דת' רוק וגות' רוק והקים מספר להקות.
את שם הבמה "רוז וויליאמס" בחר מתוך המצבה האהובה עליו בבית הקברות.
רוז התפרסם בעיקר עבור כתיבת שירים והקמת הלהקה Christian Death .
רוז היה נשוי לזמרת EVA O עד ליום מותו. לזוג לא היו ילדים.
