Mothermania (sottotitolato The Best of the Mothers) (1969) è una compilation album di Frank Zappa & The Mothers of Invention. Contiene tracce, scelte personalmente da Zappa, precedentemente pubblicate sui primi tre dischi del musicista statunitense: Freak Out, Absolutely Free e We're Only in It for the Money. Alcune canzoni, però, sono state remixate in versione inedita e apparse esclusivamente su questo album.
Non essendo mai stato ristampato in versione CD o in qualsiasi altra versione, questo disco è particolarmente desiderato dai collezionisti.
