Jim Crawford (born in Dunfermline, Fife, February 13, 1948 - died August 6, 2002, Tierra Verde, Florida, United States) was a British Formula One driver from Scotland. He participated in 2 grands prix, debuting on July 19, 1975.
Crawford moved to the United States in the 1980s and began a career in Champ Cars. In 1987, he suffered a devastating accident during qualifying for the Indianapolis 500, which left his feet and ankles badly injured. Crawford would return a year later to lead eight laps of the 1988 Indianapolis 500, eventually to finish 6th.
After retirement from racing, Crawford settled with his family in St. Petersburg, Florida working as a fishing boat captain. He died in 2002 of liver failure.
